About me

I am an executive bilingual coach with over 20 years of international corporate leadership experience across Paris, Montreal, New York, São Paulo and London. My career began in advertising with TBWA, where I grew into senior roles across account management, strategic planning and new business within a leading global network. I then moved into growth strategy consulting at Manifesto Growth, advising C-suite leaders from startups to multinational organisations across sectors including CPG, Media, Financial Services, Not-for-profit and Education. I was part of the leadership team of a firm repeatedly recognised by the Financial Times as UK’s leading independent growth consultancies.

Working closely with senior decision-makers for many years gave me a deep understanding of the ambition, expectations and complexity leaders navigate every day.

Today, I accompany ambitious leaders as they grow - strengthening their clarity, confidence and impact while staying aligned with who they are. My coaching combines strategic rigour with human awareness. I trained with Erickson Coaching International and have completed
ACC-level training accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I am currently progressing towards PCC certification.

Beyond my coaching practice, I am the happy mother of 2 young girls and remain engaged in community life, supporting the HEC Montréal Alumni Europe network and rowing with Fulham Reach Boat Club.
